Video of X2 Trains at Magic Mountain

February 25, 2008

Six Flags Magic Mountain’s X2 Trains
Robb Alvey from Theme Park Review has posted a video tour of the new X2 trains. X was the world’s first 4th dimension roller coaster. Instead of riding above or below the track, riders are positioned beside the track in seats that spin. This summer X will be reborn as X2. Part of the redesign involved upgrades to the ride’s trains. Recently, Robb Alvey got a behind the scenes look at the new trains.

Check out this video of Robb Alvey and a Magic Mountain rep giving a tour of the new X2 trains:

Also, check out these photos of X2′s new trains. What do you think of the new X2 trains? Leave a comment below.

That video would be so much better if Robb Alvey would just shut up. He is such a dork and I can just imagine that those executives to back and make fun of him day and night.Interesting preview too bad one of the more serious and professional sites did not produce that video.RockyRoad

I don't make videos that everyone will like. But I do know that the guys at Six Flags Magic Mountain loved it. They keep inviting us back to produce these kinds of videos so while you may not like it, thousands of other people do, including the park management, which is all that matters to me.Thank you to Coastercritic for linking to it.–Robb Alvey http://www.themeparkreview.com
