Six Flags America’s Troubled Two Face Coaster Up for Sale
After numerous high-profile breakdowns, Six Flags America located near Washington D.C., has decided to sell Two Face: The Flip Side. With at least three break downs in only a few years, Two Face hasn’t helped the park’s already sub par image. Two face is an inverted shuttle roller coaster where riders face each other while the train navigates through three inversions forward and backward. During the last breakdown, riders were stranded 10 stories in the air for two hours.

If I ever win the lottery I know where to go for some good coasters on the cheap. One has to wonder if they’ll be able to sell it or it will meet the same fate as Kings Dominion’s Hypersonic XLC and be sold for scrap metal.

Yay! I hated two face, as the ride broke down once while i was on it, though it was not whilst it was upside down, but rather at the top of the lift. It was a 92 degrees and only lasted about 45 minutes, but was still a pretty traumatic experience. Hopefully this means they'll get a new coaster soon. I would hope so.

i have ridden both Invertigos (King's Island and California's Great America) and found them to be an enjoyable ride. Certainly preferable to a standard boomerang, probably because the restraints are not quite so far from your head.

wow im really going to miss this ride lol i had lots of memories on it but its probably a good thing overall…in need of a new coaster but rip

this was amazing. i went on this at least five times before any other ride every time i went there!
