Yes you can create extremely unrealistic stuff on there, but whats to stop you creating a super smooth and epic realistic coaster of some sort? The top users, like I once was, has blossomed and turned into fair coaster designers. Users like Farenheit, TW, or Belac4 creat some incredible realistic coasters. It just takes skill and time, but the outcome is worth it.

It's the free kind but anyway I think it's decent. With lite you can't build roller coasters, they make them for you. But if you turn the iPhone with the ride's turns it help you feel like you're riding the coaster.
