Last week, I was invited to join The Season Pass Podcast to discuss my background, the blog, Coaster Portal, and my new site Theme Park Syndicate. Aside, from talking about the sites with host Doug Barnes and Rick West of Theme Park Adventure, we spent much of the show just geeking out over our favorite and least favorite roller coasters. It was a lot of fun.
The coaster geek part of the conversation included: The only reason to sit in the front seat of a flying coaster, the original Busch Gardens (in California?), abusive wooden coasters, a Journey to Atlantis coaster showdown, advertising on roller coasters, and more. To listen, visit the site and click the play button in the upper left hand corner.
If you enjoy the show, head over to the PodcastAwards and give them a vote. They’re up for best podcast in the Travel category.

I may add this podcast to the sidebar, because it featured me and just didn't have me join the discussion like the last podcast. But, I don't want the sidebar to get too crowded either.
