Can't wait for this year. I want to go to Six Flag NJ, got passes for BGW, and want to go to Kings Dominion and possibly HersheyPark again to ride Stormrunner (was down) and Fahrenheit

Yep. The themes are gone and there will likely be more changes in the coming weeks. I think you will all be happy with the final product. At least, I hope so. The site's gotten a bit stale and it's time to freshen things up after a year with this look. So bear with me, the site's going to be in transition for a while.

18 New Coasters! i`ve only ridden 17 in all this year in total!

P.S.- i like the new background, i was wondering if a theme would make it clearer and then, (duh-duh-duh-duh, du-duh-duh-duh,duh-duuhhhh!)…the themes are gone.

I bagged a bunch of new–to-me parks* this year, along with some old favorites. I also hit the 200 coaster mark with Manta and am currently sitting at 205. Joel is gaining on me, but he has a new baby on the way, so that should slow him down. I’m hoping for a grandbaby someday so I don’t have to borrow other people’s kids to bag the kiddie coasters!

Carowinds – 11 different coasters

Cedar Point – 17

* 6 Flags Great Adventure – 13, with El Toro moving into my #2 spot

Kennywood – 5, but still haven’t gotten Li’l Phantom

Idlewild – 2

Del Grosso's – 2

* Lakemont – 3, with Toboggan taking the BOTTOM spot on my list

* 6 Flags New England – 8, but return trip needed to give Bizarro a second chance (Joel?)

Dorney Park – 9, with Talon being my first coaster ride in snow

* 6 Flags Kentucky Kingdom – 6

King's Island – 12, with no rides on SOB

* 6 Flags America – 7

* SeaWorld – 4

Busch Gardens Africa – 6

HersheyPark – 10

TOTAL: 115 different coasters … who knows how many total rides.

Looks like 2009 was a darn good year for this old lady!
