National Spotlight on The World’s Best Roller Coaster
Bizarro at Six Flags New England, the roller coaster that many consider to be the Best in the World, will be featured on the Travel Channel this Wednesday night at 10 PM EST. This week’s episode of Bert the Conqueror finds comedian Bert Kreischer facing Bizarro in all of its upgraded, special effects laden glory.
It’s my top roller coaster overall, but I haven’t ridden it since 2005. It’ll be cool to see it in its new form. To see why I consider it the best, read my full review.
So, I’ve also got a selfish reason to be excited about this episode. I helped the production team as they were doing research on Bizarro. Some of the information I shared may be used in voice-overs as they introduce it.
Every week, I’ve been doing episode recaps, but I thought that this episode was important enough to warrant a reminder post. I’m always being asked what the best roller coaster is, and here’s a chance for millions to see it on TV. There's a ride back at my home park Valleyfair! that I'd love to see Bert on. It is always the best to see new riders on it. I'm talking about the amazing, intense, extreme, LOOPING STARSHIP!
