Yes it is. Kings Dominion will open there on time. I've seen a thing were people are competing to see who will get there's open first. Its a tie since both rides are open on the opening days. Kings Dominion was finished with construction of the tower and started testing before Carowinds.

The Windseekers are fun rides with very quickly moving lines so I'm always down to take a spin. The longest wait I've had is on a summer night in Cedar Point with a whopping 15 minute wait. Cedar Point also has by far the best view, I can't imagine this competing in that regard, but it still seems to be nice addition to the park and a good location. I remember the area it sits in seemed kind of empty when I was there so kudos to Cedar Fair for fillling it in well.

Well it looks like they've learned. Correct me if Im wrong but isn't this the first Windseeker to open up on time?
