I rode a similar coaster… Steel Dragon at Waldameer. It was fun. I like how the spinning is random. It makes it more fun because you get a different ride every time…

I'm glad to see that Six Flags has added a new kind of theme for these kind of coasters. I only wish there was a way to ensure that you spin each time you ride. It seems like I only get a good spin once every four times I ride them.

I rode the Fairly Odd Coaster (formerly Timberland Twister) at the Mall of America's Nickelodeon Universe. Opened in 2004, This was the first Gerstlauer spinning coaster ever built. I usually don't like rides that spin, but this was kind of fun, and I didn't get sick or dizzy. A video camera was mounted in the middle of each car, and you can buy a video of your entire ride.
