Recently I re-joined Doug Barnes from The Season Pass Podcast and Arthur Levine from the About.com Theme Parks Guide for another edition of the Seasoned Pros List Show. Each episode we list our top 10′s on a particular topic in the theme park world. For the latest edition our special guest was Lance from Screamscape.com as we listed what we deem to be the most beautiful theme parks we’ve visited.
As always, it was fun to join the guys and compare our lists. Some parks were on all of our lists and others were only on one. If you’ve been reading the blog for a while, then you should be able to guess my top pick. I think some of the other picks might surprise you.

3 parks stand out above the rest from the places I've visited: Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Alton Towers and Europapark

Six Flags Fiesta Texas? I think Cedar Point's Beach is really nice and with Gatekeeper will look even better.

I enjoyed the show and the degree of overlap among your lists was interesting. My list would include these parks that were not mentioned: Knoebel's, Waldameer, and Silver Dollar City. Busch Gardens Williamsburg would probably be my #1.

Busch Gardens WIlliamsburg is definitely the most beautiful theme park. This park has exquisitely themed architecture and landscaping. It is situated in a forest abundant with natural beauty. The wild animals, sit down restaurants, rides both thrill and tame are a cut above the rest. On a down side, Busch used to be the number one show park as well. Lavish Broadway style shows, country music reviews, live opera, German folk dancing and live orchestras dotted the park. Those days seem to be long over, which is a shame. If Busch revived their entertainment department, this park would surpass Disney as the best park in the country, possibly the world.
